Before joining The Wilson Agency, he managed HR for several mid- and large-sized companies in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, including 3 of Alaska’s largest corporations. Across his 20 years of HR experience, he has built highly functional HR infrastructures working closely with operational leaders to deliver business oriented HR solutions and services. He has been active in addressing the unique challenges of Alaska’s healthcare market, creating a network of Alaska’s leading employers to address shared issues and concerns. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
